2026-10-06 (Prologue)

The book begins with the two main characters meeting over lunch. The story is told from Nora's point of view, and the prologue describes how she meets Charlie. Nora immediately dislikes him. Let's see what happens next.

2026-10-08 (Chapters 1–3)

We meet Nora's sister, who is pregnant and asks Nora to take a trip with her to a place connected to one of their favorite books. While they are there, Nora thinks she sees Charlie standing in line for coffee. She starts chatting with him by email to find out whether it is really him, which is kind of cute. She thinks they both hate each other, but I feel that they are somehow attracted to each other in their own strange way.

2026-10-21 (Remaining Chapters)

Nora and her sister take a vacation to the town. Coincidentally, Charlie is a local and is also back to help his parents by looking after the café-cum-bookshop. It is also the only shop with working internet. This and many other coincidences bring Nora and Charlie together, and in the end, it is a happy ending. What I liked about the story is how Nora and Charlie are similar to each other in how they grew up and how they are completely different people when they are together than when they are with other people.
